PMITLH Lunch and Learn:  Lightweight PM Artifacts

This Lunch and Learn will be on Thursday May 18th at Noon - 1:00 EDT.

On  Thursday May 18^th, we will host a lunch and learn where two local project leaders will explain some simple but practical tools for managing processes and keeping consolidated lightweight registers.   Given sufficient interest, we will expand on this by later hosting an in person professional development workshop on how to build your own RACI Matrices, Swimlane Diagrams and Project IRAAD exhibits (and more).

This will be a virtual event (On the week before the event, all registrants will receive an invitation to the Zoom Meeting)
