Airport construction projects are complicated at best.  You have the usual stakeholders, Owner, tenants, a contractor with a fun addition of the traveling public.  The Tallahassee International Airport has gone through a lot of changes and upgrades over the past five years.  In this session we will delve into the past projects and discuss the lessons that we learned through the construction of an occupied building and how to make our future projects better and how we as project managers can work together to a successful project completion.
