Michelle Webster is your Vice President of Communication. Michelle was raised in Lincoln, Nebraska and spent time living in Bloomington, Illinois and Indianapolis, Indiana before moving to Tallahassee in the summer of 2019. Michelle has 22 years of experience in the private sector. She has been managing projects and programs for 20 years.

Michelle is a Senior IT Project Manager for Navient, a financial services company based in Delaware with IT Operations housed in Fishers, Indiana. She manages a wide variety of technology-related programs and projects including security & compliance, technology & tool implementations, and data center migrations. Michelle also led the Cloud Transition Program to migrate a large portion of the company’s non-Federal infrastructure to Microsoft Azure.

Prior to joining Navient, Michelle held roles in IT as Project Planner, Agile Coach, Project Inception Lead and Program Coordinator as a consultant at State Farm Insurance in Bloomington, Illinois. In these roles Michelle helped to develop a project planning (scheduling) standard, provided Agile coaching to numerous application development teams, developed the Project Inception standards, managed an Inception team that guided dozens of teams through the Inception process and provided coordination for a large international program spanning multiple departments outside of IT.

Michelle is a Certified ScrumMaster and has a Master of Science degree in Organizational Communication from Illinois State University.
